Preparing for your stay
Each dome includes a fully equipped kitchenette with a two-burner hot plate, mini-fridge, Nespresso machine, kettle, pots, pans, utensils, dining ware, and basics like salt and pepper. Paper towels and dish soap are also provided. You may cook indoors on the hot plate, outdoors on the electric grill on your deck, or over the fire when there is no burn ban in effect. Please avoid using pots and pans directly over the fire and keep all cookware on the stove top.
Check in begins at 4 pm and you may arrive any time after that, while check out is at 11 am. Your booking confirmation email will include your check in date, check out date, dome name, and our exact location. On the day before or the morning of your arrival, you will receive your personalized entry code via email or text. Enter the code on the door keypad to access your dome, and remember to lock the door when you depart.
Yes, each dome includes an allotment of local firewood for your stay. If you need more, nearby grocery stores less than a 10 minute drive away sell additional firewood, fire starters, and related supplies.
We aim to provide most essentials, but recommend that you bring your own overnight basics such as toothbrush, toothpaste, toiletries, clothing, and any personal items you cannot be without. We provide septic safe bath products, dish soap, an activity book, playing cards, board games, and outdoor games such as footballs, kanjam, spike ball, and frisbee. Nespresso pods, ground coffee, basic seasonings like salt and pepper, cookware, and dishware are also included. You can shop at local grocery stores or dine at nearby restaurants during your stay.
Our campground
Our campground features four luxury glamping domes spaced approximately 150 to 200 feet apart. Thick bushes and natural greenery between each site help create privacy and a peaceful, secluded setting in the Catskills. If you would like to stay right next to friends or family, choose neighboring domes when you book. The domes are arranged in this order from the driveway entrance: Modern Luxury, Rosé All Day, 007, and Nature Lovers.
No, we do not allow tents on the property. This helps preserve solitude, privacy, and the overall aesthetic and ambiance for all guests staying in our glamping domes.
Yes, each dome includes a private firepit for cozy campfires. However, if an official burn ban is in effect due to wildfire risk, no fires are allowed. Our team will notify you by email or text when a burn ban applies, and by booking you agree to follow these safety rules.
Yes, each dome has dedicated parking spaces for up to two vehicles right next to the dome. Additional parking is available along the driveway, as long as landscaping and driving lanes remain unobstructed. Guests who need accessible parking should book the Nature Lovers dome, which is our only dome with accessible parking.
Each dome is equipped with a secure door that opens only with a personalized entry code. Because the domes are set in nature where wildlife and insects are present, guests are responsible for taking basic safety measures such as storing food properly, keeping the campground clean, securing personal items, and using bug spray.
Our campground runs on fresh well water, supported by storage tanks to ensure there is enough for all guests. Each dome has its own hot water heater so you can enjoy hot showers, but we kindly ask that you be mindful of your water use.
Because our campground is secluded, cell phone reception can be weaker than in town. However, every dome includes Wi Fi. Booking payments are fully refundable up to 30 days before your scheduled arrival. If you cancel 8 to 29 days before your stay, we can refund 50 percent of your total booking amount. Cancellations made 7 days or fewer before arrival are not refundable. To cancel a reservation, email bookings@uniqueescapesny.com. Processing fees are non refundable.
We require a minimum stay of two nights for all bookings at our Unique Escapes glamping domes.
